28 years ago today, my parents were married.

My mom is in Italy right now, so I was only able to chat with my dad this morning. I asked how they were celebrating. He said that at 12pm his time and 6pm her time, they were going to both sit down and enjoy a brie sandwich and think of one another.

My parents are unbelievable. The best out there, and that’s no lie. I’m truly one lucky girl.
