Yesterday was the first Pool Party of the summer. It was fun, despite the rain and the fact that The Hold Steady wasn’t too entertaining (opening bands were!). Nora gave me airplane rides, we witnessed some drug induced dance moves (video to come), and were literally drenched from head to toe in a mixture of dirty Brooklyn rain and our own sweat the entire afternoon. Glorious!
