Last night on my way home from work, I sat across from two teenage girls on the N train. They were talking to one another and staring at me. Naturally, I paused my Ting Tings to hear how bad they were judging me. The moment I did this, one of the girls flapped her arm in the air signaling my attention.

You look exactly like Natalie Maines! We thought you were her - that’s why we were staring at you!

Since I moved to NYC two years ago, I’ve been getting the whole, you look like a Dixie Chick thing a lot. When I worked the red carpet at the opening of Comix, I even fooled the paparazzi. I mean, I guess I’m fine with this. I just want to confirm one thing. She’s stealing my look, right?
