What is up, Sharper Image? What is so big that you can close all your stores in NYC, but not change your voicemails to warn customers? I went all the way to your Rockefeller Center store a few weeks ago to a bunch of blacked out windows and locked doors. Rockefeller Center comes in 4th for most popular tourist attraction in New York City. Everyone knows I don’t like tourists. See, I have these Bose headphones and they died. I was convinced by a nice salesman to buy the 2 year warrenty, and I’m glad that I did. But that warrenty is wrapping soon, and I have nowhere to do this exchange. Please advise, or unleash this mystery.
