Whitney Port lives in an apartment building right next to my office. I see camera crews occasionally, but have never had a full on spotting, until today.

This morning I was running super late, and was too impatient to wait for the light to cross 3rd avenue - I kept inching out into traffic, even though cars were whizzing by. A pretty blond girl with giant furry earmuffs and PJ pants tucked into Uggs brushed pass me and hailed down a cab. She turned and apologized and then hopped in the cab and they sped away.
